Pinellas Chapter

Chapter President’s Message

Welcome to the PAF Pinellas Chapter!  The goal of our Chapter is to provide professional growth, education, and networking opportunities to our members.

Our Board is comprised of volunteer paralegal members striving to provide quality professional development opportunities to our members and to encourage more paralegals and students to join our growing group.

We hope you will attend one of our monthly dinner seminars to reap and learn the benefits of joining our Chapter and to get to know your fellow members and colleagues.  You can learn the specifics of our seminars on the Monthly Meeting Information page.  Each month we host a different speaker who provides one CLE credit to assist you in fulfilling your requirements for the Florida Bar, NALA, and other professional organizations.  Every quarter, one of those topics is an ethics CLE credit.

We encourage students and those not yet certified or registered to attend our meetings.  We provide a mentor to every student member and we aim to help you reach your graduation and/or goal of becoming certified.  Most of our Board are Advanced Certified Paralegals and have graduated from a paralegal program, so we’re here for any questions you may have!

My hope for our Chapter in the coming year is that we will expand our membership base, provide Pinellas with a fun and amazing Fall Seminar, become more visible in the legal community by increasing connections, provide opportunities to interact with vendors, and give back to more than just our legal community.

As paralegals, we know the value of time, hard work, and determination.  We are constantly trying to improve and want to ensure you get the most out of your membership and our meetings.  We know it is difficult to step away from work or family and come to a dinner meeting once a month, but this is for you.  Let us help you make friendships, build connections with other paralegals, and achieve your career goals.
